it will not reduce your KC. When you buy something with marks of war you will actually lose the spend Marks of War

In other words, the rate at which you earn tokens will not change regardless of the skill you choose.
I am confused by the wording. Is the double negative a British-English thing? I would have written this without the "not."
It's not, it's me trying to be fast and copying the line without actually making the change. Like you suggest we've removed "not" from the sentence.
Nex broken. Seems can't bypass kill count. Can't tele to Nex bank in any way.
Also Chill off event currency doubler bug:
Norm: "It'll mean you get double tokens drops for the rest of the event!"
... "you'll get all the tokens you would have gained if you had it from the very start"
"That would be 4878 tokens!"
I think it's counting tokens from last year?
Could you please submit a bug report in-game? We'd like to investigate this
