[2019] Please give Laniakea task weights

Its been a week. We need the weights so we can spend 500 slayer points redoing our block lists. Please dont make this something that takes months or just never happens because some jmod thinks keeping players in the dark is more "fun" because they never play the game and have to deal with this sh*t.
