[2020] Cleave doesn't register a hit when standing on this tile at rax, can reproduce it everytime i try. Other abilities work just fine for me.

This is a known issue and will be addressed at some point in the future. Unfortunately can't give any ETA - unlikely to be fixed in the very near future.

I've also seen comments about it happening against other NPC's (not just Araxxor) and that's noted on the ticket already, so we'll do what we can to fix it across the board.
