[2019] Can we fix the tier 3 dino island spa buff?

Thermal Bath: "For one hour, the bath boosts the player's maximum life points (...)"

Tier 3 Spa: Spa pool effect lasts 50% longer

As of now, the buff will not last 90 minutes unless you lobby at some point after the 30 minute mark. Can this be addressed?
