[2019] Huge animation delay at Elite dungeons 3

Hi, as the title says, when I go ed3 sometimes the animations will delay so much that the only thing visible on my screen is my character running. I can attack the monstersand use abilities and hitsplat will appear on them but my character will still show only running animation.

I turned my display FPS setting on and saw that the game downloads so much data while I am in the dungeon when this happens. however this is surprising since I have already been there quite a few times, I actually have 50 KC there. My disk cache is around 3.2 GB. this isn't an internet problem since when this happens I go to another boss like Araxxor or telos and the game behaves just fine.

Usually I restart my client to avoid this when it happens but alas, in just a matter of a few minutes it happens again.
