Hello, I have been attempting to finish my hard wilderness tasks but Cement his torment is seemingly bugged. I have killed the Tormented wraith multiple times now, armour : full black helm, black platebody, black platelegs, black scimitar, off-hand black scimitar and Jennica's ring. I have an empty inventory. If needed my friend made a clip from my stream and I could give that link to show it.
External link →tried without an off-hand weapon and it gives me the "you find yourself unable to attack the wraith" and I also tried it with a black sq shield, could attack and kill it but again no achievement. The weird thing also is that the achievement says "defeat a Tormented wraith" nothing about gear or anything and I have killed it multiple times now already. First thing I did after having killed it multiple times with both scimitars, halbert etc was reporting it. It's just highly annoying that it's my last hard wilderness achievement and it's not working
Had a look into this today, but reproducing your situation as closely as possible from the video (wearing the same 5 items and ring, prereqs met for Cement His Torment), I always successfully complete the achievement.
It's definitely not down to your equipment - you need to be wearing 5 or more black armour items (cosmetic overrides make no difference; it only checks your worn equipment) in order to attack the wraith.
And I saw from your video that the wraith dropped a black platelegs, which is after the achievement complete code, so it's not breaking early.
So from that evidence, the only condition that might be failing is the "findhero" check to get the player who did the most damage in focus, to complete your achievement.
I'd suggest ensuring you aren't in a group or friends chat with lootshare enabled, and don't have some external means of damaging the wraith, like a combat familiar. (Didn't see one in the video, so that's a long shot.)
If that doesn't help, please send a bug report if you haven't already, so we can get your RSN and repro by cloning your account. (I did my best to find it out from video - best I could tell it's Vant Dragon, but that wasn't a recognised displayname when I looked it up.)

Thank you for your reply, I looked at the group list and found out I indeed was in a group on my own with lootshare turned on since a few days prior I did some ED3 with a friend haha, I left the group, went back to the tormented wraith and that seems to have indeed been the flaw. Thanks a lot, you have saved me from the frustration of waiting longer haha.
