[2019] It is currently impossible for me to complete the Tirannwn tasks. Help please.

For the task "Stand still, Eluned!" I need to charge a crystal teleport seed with either eluned or ilfeen. After the light within quest you have to charge it with islwyn. Problem is that when i charge it with islwyn in prif it doesnt tick off the achievement and the islwyn in the elf forest doesnt charge crystals. So i'm either stupid or this is a bug.
