[2019] Double buff icon for NopeNopeNope farm perk

The buff bar icon for NopeNopeNope is appearing twice. Considering the buff is also shown when attacking an enemy, I'd prefer it didn't show at all. It's annoying enough seeing it 24/7 let alone seeing it twice!

Hopefully if it's something Jagex fixes they can look into making active farm perk icons able to be toggled.

Sent this post over, TBH if I recall /u/JagexDaze has done a job to remove that buff icon and just keep it added on the monster's bar so you can see if it's working there.
