[2019] Two Lumbridge Achievements are Bugged

So I'm going through knocking off all of the location tasks, and two Lumbridge Achievements are bugged.

The achievements are:
- Artisan Crafting (Craft a clay ring in Draynor)
- Morgan the Merrier (Sell a clay ring to Morgan)

I've mined the clay from Lumbridge. Filled a bucket of water. Gone to the Draynor Pottery Oven. Made the Clay soft. Moulded to a ring and fired in Draynor. Achievement hasn't triggered three times now.

Selling the rings to Morgan is not triggering the second achievement either.

I know this was an issue when the M&S Rework came out and was apparently fixed. I'm suspecting it has re-bugged again since the achievement tracker update.

A bit annoying but I figured I'd point it out because it was doing my head in.
