[2019] Cold fix Incoming - 14:30 Game Time - Aim to fix the buff bar

Hey all,

We will be doing a cold fix at 14:30 Game Time today to implement a fix for the buff bar issues.

You all asked us to cold fix this and we're happy to let you know that time for this is approaching quickly.

If anything odd happens we'll update you here.
