[2019] The Clan avatar 6% exp boost is gone from buff bar

if you go to the citadel you can get it back on the buff bar but once you leave it dissapears again??

Is the exp boost gone or is it just a visual bug with the icon?

edit - appears to just be a visual icon bug and you still get the boost
