If you think you're experiencing a bug, submit a bug report in-game. This guarantees the issue will be investigated. Posting in the subreddit is not the way to report problems to Jagex and this message might not even reach the developers.
Due to the holiday break, the next game update is planned for the 6th of January. Current issues will not be fixed before that date.
Even so it's become a staple for this game, to try and stop it is silly and hiding issues I'm not a fan of.
