[2019] Game update: Linux Client Improvements

Regarding the buff bar, we did get informed of a few small issues on our testworld (Thank you everyone for trying it out) and are working to resolve these.

UI scaling isn't possible on windows/mac either at the moment, but they transparently scale up applications that do not support scaling. I understand it is possible to do this manually on Linux, e.g. https://github.com/kaueraal/run_scaled
