[2019] [Weapons Diversity Beta]: Starting as a level 3

I talked to someone who was encountering this problem. I think that players who have not participated in previous beta tests may be the ones affected. It seems that if you hadn't participated in previous beta (i.e have not logged on 200+ worlds before), the game will make you create a new character.

I tried one account (from darkscape, m&s, etc.) and it was successful. Another only played during dotd was also successful but the third one (with no previous beta data saved went straight to the character creation (to make a new level 3 character).

Not sure if this is 100 % the cause but it seems like a possibility. It would be nice to see if it could be fixed so more people can try out the weapons. Thanks.
