That was hotfixed just after the update on Monday, in regards to compensation for lost charges we can't do anything about that :(

Maybe not mess up in the first place...
Like come on, i know my reaction is harsh but i feel like the players always get f- over for no reason.
I wouldn't say we "always" screw over players, however I won't disagree that having the issue in the first place wasn't ideal.
If there was an actual way to sort compensation to return the enhancers lost we would have done, we explored all the options :(

Apologies everyone, we were on course to coldfix today, however we found some last minute issues with the actionbar prior to the coldfix this has meant that we're unable to go ahead with the coldfix today, as we don't want to risk introducing further issues, We'll focus on making sure we fix the additional issues and that we're all solid and ready for release next week.
