Turns out this already has a fix awaiting QA (along with a couple of other clue-related fixes), done by Mod Daze a few days ago š„³
This very much seems to be the only oasis-related clue that was missed (globetrotter teles aside), there's always one!
Somehow I remember a Jmod comment last week going something along the lines of "I checked and made sure that all the clue steps would be maintained without issue."
