We will be rolling out missing lifeboats to players impacted by last week's voyage bug at 10am Game Time.

If you lost lifeboats to this bug, you will be disconnected briefly to allow the lifeboats to be added to your account. Please avoid dangerous activities until this is complete - we'll post here when it's safe to resume. Thanks!

We haven't had confirmation the rollout has completed just yet - we'll post when all lifeboats have been awarded. If you still don't have it then, we'll provide next steps to make sure you get them back.

The rollout is taking a little while. Checking in with the team on an ETA now - we'll post when we have confirmation they've all been deployed.

If it hasn't got to you through the deployment, we'll let you know what to do next to make sure you get your owed lifeboats.

It was fixed in the sense that a fix was implemented and verified as working, but something happened that caused it to break in the Friday build that wasn't appearing in testing. The team are working on it.

Depending on the support issue, if the support center can't resolve it, you'll usually be given the option to contact support.
