This update made this spell useful, but you still need to be in lunars to use it... Any chance of making it available for all spellbooks? Maybe as a reward from livid farm, or hard/elite fremennik achievements?

External link →It'd have to be a question for the Combat Council in general.
You could always SBS to quickly use it, as it'll last on that monster until it's dead
