[2019] Unlocked "Meta-phos" achievement and achievement log says I have the Sandy title, but I don't, and I shouldn't... bug or oversight?

Hey pal!

The achievement itself won't actually give the title, it just checks that you've done everything for it, you'll have to speak to the NPC for the title.

You have to talk to Urluk (the camel) and ask "What should i aim for?" That should unlock it, but if not, can you send me your RSN and i'll check it for you?
