[2020] Update has caused text pixelation, how to fix?

Hey,

After the update today (around 11:00 London) My runescape is playing up. First of all the background of the client is pixelated. And in game the text and some of the icons are also blurred. I've noticed, generally, its making my laptop work a bit harder too and is crashing the application v.often too

I've tried going into compatability mode, however when I load into the game, my HUD is present but the rest is blank. And I've tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it with no difference.

Does anyone have any advice or a helping hand? =) Thanks
