About the first point: I don't think that should be a thing because the satisfaction after spending 20 hours for a factory is crazy. that being said copy pasting decorative structures should be a thing.

Second point:once killed hostiles don't respawn there are typically 1 hostile per node and a couple roaming around or near a slug. And since there are so little hostiles making a whole system to kill 100 some mobs wouldn't be worth it. A radar tower thing could be a better idea. This would ping dangerous animals nearby and would have a smallish medium range.this helps to keep danger at bay without making the mechanics to complicated.

Third point:Auto crafting shouldn't be a thing at all. The pain of crafting anything manually is so bad that it pushes you to play the game by automating everything more and more auto-crafting will supress it and change the dynamics.

Fourth point:yup this would be very useful but it might also unnecessarily clog your inbox. Or send false alarms a great way to negate this is to have a beacon like object that can be attached to buildings that informs you about it's condition that way you only get messages from places that you want.
