Log in to the Sea of Thieves website to see one of three bars showing whether the contest is close or one side currently has the edge.
If you wish to side with the Servant of the Flame to #RuinGoldenSands, leaving it enshrouded in fog, you can intercept Rum and Sailcloth, secure Relic Caches or detonate Soulflame Rowboats on the very shores of the old Outpost! All these acts will help disrupt Merrick's efforts.
To #SaveGoldenSands you must secure vital supplies to restore the Outpost. Whether it's special Rum and Sailcloth, standard Fruit and Wood Crates or intercepted Relic Caches, every little helps! Stopping Soulflame Rowboats from reaching Golden Sands will also hamper Reaper plans.
