What does this mean for the future of the Sea of Thieves? The losing pirate will be exiled to the far reaches of the Sea of the Damned, that much is known. As for the winner, it may take months to see their plans unfold, but know that neither side will stand idle after victory.

These flags can be flown at conquered Sea Forts, claiming them for that side and increasing the power of Bewitching Dolls handed in. As flags can be lowered at any time by pirates looking to sabotage their enemies, the stage is set for a frantic battle of strength and cunning!

The Bewitching Dolls draw their power from Sea Forts, and the more of these a side controls, the more powerful the Relics will be when handed in. To claim a Sea Fort, a special flag must be raised, acquire these from Belle or the Servant by playing (or replaying) the Adventure.
