Between a swanky Sovereign spire and luminous lighthouse, the latest additions to New Golden Sands Outpost see its skyline studded with sizeable structures, among other developments. Still a little more work to be done, but the port town transformation is nearly complete...

No idea where they stash them, but the skeletons at each Outpost's Reaper's Bones Emissary Table will now accept any Emissary Flags you've obtained! Maybe that's what they've been reaching for this whole time, we just thought they wanted our bananas.
