PINNED: Captained Ship Customisation Issues

The team are still investigating reports of ship cosmetics not saving between sessions and we will provide an update when a solution is identified. In the meantime, we advise affected players against paying more gold to save their ship cosmetics.


We're receiving reports from some players that their saved customisations on Captained ships are not persisting between sessions. We're actively investigating this issue and will update you further once we have more information.

Plunder Pass Rewards

The team has resolved an issue with certain Plunder Pass rewards not unlocking at the appropriate level. Players who have already earned these items should receive them when they next log in.

Gold and Shop Issues

The earlier issues affecting gold and Outpost shops should now be resolved, with all players able to receive gold and purchase items as normal. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide another update should any issues resurface.

We're aware that some players are reporting delays in receiving gold when cashing in loot, and issues when attempting to purchase from Outpost shops. This is currently being investigated - expect an update when we have more information. Thanks for your patience.
