Hi Extinction Elites,
Below you will find a list of the top issues we are aware of and working on in Second Extinction. Please continue to report the bugs and issues you encounter via https://support.secondextinctiongame.com/. It’s greatly appreciated and helps us out in making the game better.

ABILITIES & PERKS - The 'Split Warhead' weapon perk is inconsistent with its description
- The 'Sluggish' weapon perk is inconsistent with its description
- The 'High Velocity Rounds' perk does not affect the Assault rifle

AUDIO - Several audio issues regarding dialogue overlapping and sound effects
- Sometimes ingame sounds suddenly stop, often followed by a crash. This is fixed by restarting the game.

CONTRACTS - Sometimes the kills are not credited for contracts when using the Slug shot modifier (Assaul... Read more

These aren't the only reward you can get from 4 star reward packages, my best guess is unlucky RNG. How many times in a row has this happened?
