Hey, going forward in OB, we can't say for sure there will be none as something may require it that we didn't foresee, but we don't plan on having any more during Open Beta!
Currently, we have three server locations, one in EU and two in the US (one east and one west).
But apparently the west server is getting good connection to OCE :D
