[2021] Stardew Valley Wiki Domain change

For everyone who hasn't noticed the url of the wiki changed from stardewwiki to stardewcommunitywiki in the past days, also there are connectivity issues that normally have nothing to do with such a change.

On the wiki you can find the following notice:

This site has moved to stardewcommunitywiki.com. ConcernedApe LLC will own the old domain name (stardewvalleywiki.com) and will receive information you share on the web or by email to that domain. Prior to the transfer to ConcernedApe LLC we will update this site with the date on which the transfer will occur.

I haven't found any information why the domain was changed though. The wiki was hosted by Chucklefish as far as I know, so maybe something has changed in this regard? CA's tweet does sound like that something might change:

I'm aware that the wiki is having issues right now... the people who currently own/run the wiki are also aware and are trying to get it back up as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

Since the wiki is mostly a community driven effort I find it a bit disheartening to see such little information or even notice beforehand when such big changes are made.

Does anyone here know more about the current situation?
