@SinsBeggar the parrot doesn't necessarily know about every walnut, so I can't know for sure if it's a glitch or if you just missed one. This might be annoying, but there are guides out there to find all 130 (e.g. https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Golden_Walnut), you could methodically go through that
