@JaffaCakeJR In order to build a branch office, you must be playing with the corporate authority. (Ie. A MegaCorp) In addition, the planet must not already have a branch office, and the planet owner cannot be gestalt consciousness, machine intelligence, or another MegaCorp. Hope this helps!
