@GeeYouWhy82 @Xbox Save games may or may not be compatible with the new version, and loading 2.2 saves on 2.6.3 may cause things to behave... strangely. However, you should be now able to build Bureaucratic Centers to offset the difference resulting from the Administrative Cap rebalance. 😁
