@TilFolkvang @Meneth_ @PDXVictoria It's precisely this, there are 13 Great Powers & Major powers so that makes 14 max ranking for an Unrecognized Major Power

@DouglasGomesdC @PDXVictoria It's the same as benefits of higher rank in general, such as being able to subjugate lower rank countries, generate more Influence and have more Maneuvers in plays.
