@Bl4ckSh33p On PC, Federations comes with most of the highest tier resolutions, the Galactic Council, several origins, as well as new Federation types, new Federation laws, the Juggernaut and Megashipyard.

@Azarithkazehana There are three included in the base game, and 4 others included with previously released DLC, and one with Lithoids, for up to 8 Origins at launch.

@Bl4ckSh33p All Federation types other than Galactic Union (on PC) are part of the Federations expansion. The requirements you're seeing are the requirements to propose forming one of those Federation types.

@Jonatha27583205 The base Verne (2.6.3) version includes 3 Origins, there are 6 others included in previously released DLC, plus one included with the Lithoids Species Pack.

@tnynfox The changes in that DD are mostly free updates, and it's doubtful that Nemesis or the free update will be savegame compatible. Sorry.
