[2024] Will stormgate be accessible to disabled players?

I currently have little to no use of my hands. I'm able to play Starcraft with a program called Voice Attack-basically you say something,and it will do a couple inputs. It's absolutely useless for playing well because of the insane amount of delay between the voice and the command recognizing it-but it makes me happy enough to be able to play a bit in bronze league, just to play some Starcraft and have some fun.

Will I be able to use this software with Stormgate? I don't ever plan to compete, or even climb high on the ladder, or lie about how I play. I also heard Stormgate was given almost 2 million dollars via kickstart-that's awesome! I hope to be able to play stormate some day, I'm very excited for it!
