Hotfix and Balance Patch 0.3.2 coming to you live March 12th!

Stormgate will be down for maintenance starting at 10am PT / 1700 UTC / Mar 13, 3am KST

Stormgate brings you Hotfix 0.3.1! With the implementation of fully customizable hotkeys, we knew there would be some bugs that weren’t discovered until the feature truly got in the hands of players. Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to post bugs and feedback after the recent patch as you are the reason we are able to find and fix these bugs so quickly!

In order to implement this patch we will need to enter maintenance mode starting at 11am PT / 1900 UTC / 3am KST.

Hotkeys

• Allied and enemy morphing units will no longer be added to automated control groups when they morph.
  
• Workers will no longer skip the “Build Structure” submenu if a specific structure’s hotkey is the same as the “Build Structure” hotkey.
  
• Fixed an issue where the “Assign All” button would improperly set hotkeys when switching between “Grid” and “By Command” assignment styles.

Frost Giant Studios and RallyCry are excited to announce the Stormgate for CHOC Charity Tournament, benefiting the CHOC Foundation and Children’s Hospital of Orange County. This upcoming in-game competition is founded on a belief that video games can be a force for good.

The Stormgate for CHOC Charity Tournament is free to join and open to all Stormgate players who want to compete for a great cause.

Frost Giant will increase the total prize pool by $250 for every 100 players who sign up and actually compete in at least one match (up to a cap of $5,000). We've pushed out a small balance patch this morning,

The recent round of economic balance changes have given Celestial a significantly stronger economy than intended. As such, we’ll be bringing down some of the stats of Collection Arrays to match that of Vanguard Command Posts and Infernal Shrines.

Balance Changes

• Collection Array cost increased from 450/0 to 550/0.
  
• Collection Array cost when morphing from a Morph Core increased from 350/0 to 450/0.
  
• Collection Array build time increased from 50 seconds to 90 seconds.
  
• Collection Array build time when morphing from a Morph Core increased from 20 seconds to 60 seconds.
  
• Prism build time increased from 45 seconds to 55 seconds.
  
• Morph Cores are no longer selectable through the "all army hotkey". They are now once again considered workers.

Hello, everyone!

We’re about to cross an important milestone for Stormgate–our very first ladder reset! Ladder Season 0, which began before Early Access, will be ending sometime next week. We will then be resetting the leaderboards and kicking off Season 0.2.

To commemorate this special moment, we’re planning to capture a snapshot of the top players from each faction at the moment the season ends, to celebrate their achievement of being one of the top players in the world at the beginning of Stormgate’s Early Access journey.
