I didnt get my beta key despite pledging $350

I just came from china after a month. When I looking for my beta key to play the game I wasnt able to find it.

I already emailed frostgiant studios but hadnt hear from them yet.

Any suggestions? I already checked my email and my spams and didnt get anything
