Early Access Packs?

Free to play will include multiplayer vs and co-op modes, Chapter 0 Campaign missions, all heroes until lvl 5, and Hero Blockade to max level.

The special cosmetics (firestorm fog of war shader, chicken pet, and gold army accent) will ONLY be available as part of these packs, however the packs are purchasable after launch if you decide you want these items.

The big bonus that goes away after launch is access to the July 30 - Aug 12 preview period where you get an extra 2 weeks of play before launch.

There have not been any other in game items for early access that are not included in the bundle. There will be more items available in the in-game store that are not included in this bundle. So no to past items, yes to future!
