[2023] I haven't played an RTS in a long time; what is the current state of modern RTSes?

I'm not "exactly" looking for game recommendations, but I certainly won't be bothered by them. I'm aware of the sub reddit's build in recommendations, but that can't exactly search by release year, and I'm more curious what the state of modern RTSes is like? How often do games come out that are actually -good-? How have the releases been for the last few years?

I'm vaguely considering getting back into the genre, but a basic Steam search makes it seem like the only half decent game that's come out in the last 10 years is Age of Empires 4 AE.
