This is the first I've heard of this RTS. Posting because I'm guessing will probably interest a lot of people here. There's a kickstarter going for it as well.
It seems pretty ambitious, but apparently has a bunch of RTS pros consulting. I'll say that it looks a hell of a lot more developed as a "pre-Alpha" stage or whatever than most of the stuff you see on kickstarter.
