Question to FG regarding release schedule

I really wonder what's the idea behind releasing at 1pm PDT.( At least the twitch drops are there so I assume the EA as well.. couldn't find the EA release time on the website)

Choosing a time where half the world is asleep why wouldn't you shift it to early morning time like 6-8am PDT so you cover Europe day time and evening / night for asia as well?

Choosing American day time so most of europe is asleep and asia is sleeping too since it's like 2-7am.

This seems like a big mistake also for future content drops and wonder the reasoning behind it.
