[2020] One of the biggest improvements to matchmaking would be cutting down the waiting time from 2 minutes to 30 seconds. There's no reason why one douche should be able to stall 9 other people for 2 minutes, and then probably leave anyway if they were AFK so long.

Just to touch on this (though the account is now gone), this feedback is as valuable as any other. We take it all into account, as well as metrics around how many players are staying vs quitting and so on.
