[2019] GA win counted as a loss, can't even submit bug report on official site

So this is frustrating - anyone else experience this?

Round 1 of GA I was able to manage a win, but not a total wipeout. It counted as a win as expected.

Round 2 was a total blowout. My opponent had auto-deployed teams and I handily cleared their board. They never attacked mine. This should have counted as a win, but counted as a loss.

So I go to submit a bug at https://answers.ea.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/star-wars-galaxy-of-heroes-bug-report-en and nothing. I fill everything out, click submit, and it just reloads that page and sits at submit. I open up the site in a new tab (so I don't lose what I've filled out) and check to see if my bug report is there. Nope, not there at all. So I try filling it out in a new browser. Still nothing.

GA championships are a hot mess.
