Hey, thanks for the report. We did have a display issue flagged with some of the rewards icons not being shown correctly on the Rewards screen (just visual, the actual rewards were being added correctly to the inventory), but it was fixed in one of the recent updates.
I haven't seen any other similar reports lately so it might be an isolated occurrence.
The steps below might fix the issue if you are willing to give it a try:
- Uninstall the game (make sure your account progress is linked to Google Play or Game Center before uninstalling and also make note of your Ally Code just in case).
- Make sure your device is connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi network.
- Reinstall the game.
- Launch the game and leave it in the Home Screen for around 30 min without playing so it can finish downloading all assets correctly.
If you decide to try it please let me know how it goes and if the issue remains after reinstall.
