I had an idea for how they could possibly add jabba the hutt as a new bounty hunter leader.
His base stats are tanky, below average speed, no attacks, high tenacity.
His basic ability is called payday. Call target ally to assist, this attack has +10%* potency, if that ally is a bounty hunter or minion grant them the blood money buff for 2 of jabba's turns.
Blood money: gain 5%* health steal plus an additional 5%* for each debuff on the target enemy this also heals jabba for the same amount of health.
Cartel clientele: call all allies with blood money to assist with +10%* critical damage, and reset the duration of blood money on all allies who have it.
Asset recuperation (leader): Contract: apply debuffs to enemies while the blood money buff is active. Reward: all bounty hunter and minion allies gain the blood money buff for two of jabba's turns, and their payouts are activated.
Jabbas payout: If jabba is in the leader slot whenever a bounty hunter ally is defeated they are replaced with one of jabba's minions based on their role; all minions are defeated when jabba is defeated, minions cannot be revived.
Tank: gamorrean guard. Basic: deal damage to the target enemy with a chance to inflict tenacity down. Unique: taunt for 2 turns whenever an ally suffers a critical hit.
Attacker: weequey enforcer. Basic: deal damage to target enemy, this attack ignores foresight. Special: place thermal detonators on the target enemy and the weakest enemy.
Support: hutt support droid. Basic: heal target ally and dispel all buffs and debuffs on them, +20%* healing for each effect dispelled. Unique: hutt support droid has no speed and takes an immediate turn whenever an ally drops below 30% health.
terms with an "*" are traits that change depending on the ability level.
This could Also pave the way for a hutt capital ship in the form of jabba's hutt yacht "the star jewel" which would add even more much needed variety to ships.
