[2020] Why, after multiple times trying to contact EA am I still unable to move my account from android to ios? If you're gonna make it so we have to contact you, can you at least answer tickets?

This is extremely frustrating & while I've never been satisfied with SWGOH help at least they contacted me. This is kinda my last resort as I know some EA folks are in this sub & I have no idea what to do. Sending ticket after ticket isn't working, so.....
