A few months after my guild got hacked. This happens and I am dreading reporting bugs because Reaper had a spin Around having to resolve his issue. Nevermind that everyone is complaining that traya in sith raid is having infinite loop bug issue.
BUT I LOST MY LIGHT SIDE CREDITS FOR REY AND I WASNT GONNA LET IT GO.
So after trying to get ahead on an issue with CG for 2 hours I've decided to post my horrid experience. No offence to the guys and girls working there, but your tools and processes and completely crap.
10.20pm AEST time I encounter an issue post successful completion of the tier 6 Rey Journey mission for ultimate coins. The coin did not get accounted for, the light side coins I spent over 4 days collecting were gone.
So I decided to report this to CG and seek assistance for the first time ever. Surely they have logs for this stuff.
It took me a good while to work out how to raise a ticket and proudly I spoke to my first help assitant Alexandru who said that he couldnt help and that I should log a ticket ingame. So I asked him how to do this and he said he wasn't quite sure. Ok so I figured it out and on chat told him there was no live chat option or call, because it expected me to be in the states or Canada, an I am in Australia. He was a bit confused, but reassured me I would get a response soon via email. This of you who don't know chat is not available ingame raising of issues only on PC
I got a non helpful response ....
The response was that I needed to go back on the website on PC and go to live chat so that they could do account verification.... Hold on I was just on chat no one told me anything before this...???
Nevermind I logged and new ticket explained the problem again and listed the other two tickets on the mail. Asha was the next live support person. Apparently her tools weren't working and she had to escalate my ticket. Both the first time and this time I asked if the ticket history was going to remain and would it be the same ticket being escalated.
I also asked for the transcript of the discussion with Alexandru and ofc I did I knew this might happen. The transcript could not be provided I was told and the ticket, the latest one would be escalated with all other tickets and history attached. Don't worry....
Another hour later I get an email saying please log ticket in game, for account verification purposes and I am closing this ticket...why are you closing the ticket !!! You did not resolve my issue? - did you look at the history?? I mean come on you second line ?
Like seriously is this a prank,!?
Where do you do your account verification, why didn't you look at the other ticket...?? Why does one say account. Verification in game and the other live chat... You just avoiding resolving the problem
Give me back my light side tokens or the ultimate token and let's call it a day??? It's not so hard. Please
