[2021] I completed the 60 ticket GL Rey event. Game crashed, logged back in, tickets are gone but I didn't receive any shards. How do I fix this?

Just as the title says. I completed the 60 ticket Rey event and when I finished it the screen went blank and the game crashed. I reopened the app and saw that I had the 60 tickets for the event taken off me but I didn't get any shards. I was sitting at 85/330 and it should have gone up to 135/330 :(

Any help is greatly appreciated!
