[2020] Sith Raid Phase 4: Soothe All Doesn’t Clear All Stacks of Bonds of Weakness

In Phase 4 of STR, Soothe All is described to remove ALL stacks of Cycle of Pain, Cycle of Suffering, and Bonds of Weakness. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case. In my last 2 HSTR runs, I’ve used a CLS squad with Stormtrooper Han. In one run, I accrued about 150 stacks of Bonds of Weakness while ST Han was protected by Unbreakable Will. To try to maximize damage, I decided to use Soothe All to clear all the stacks of Bonds of Weakness so ST Han could regain some health before Unbreakable Will wore off. To my surprise, only 100 stacks were removed, leading to ST Han being immediately one shotted. I tried again on my next run but still only 100 stacks were cleared.

Please correct this issue.
