[2023] Can't create ingame help ticket

I wanted to change the mail address for the webstore and need to create an in-game ticket for it. When I click on Help in the game settings, I get redirected to my browser. However, the page does not load and the error message is "too many redirects", so it somehow creates a loop.

Does anyone have a solution for this, I have tried different browsers, cleared the cache and cookies, nothing seems to help.

I tried to contact the "normal" EA support but they can't identify my account since it is not linked to any EA account and suggest to use the ingame support.
