So because of a bug in the game I accidentally bought some kind of 999 crystal datacron package which I did not want.
I was claiming my daily activities when all of a sudden the screen filled with placeholder text for a store item and at the button where I claim the activity a store item came up. So as I was just mindlessly clicking that spot all of a sudden I bough that weird pack that came up.
I tried to get help from EA support and I'm surprised they didn't just tell me to f**k off. They just told me they cannot refund in game currency and that's it. Doesn't matter if it's not my fault.
Now this can't be right and I'm not just gonna let this slide. Does anyone else have any experience with something like this?What else can I do in this spot?
